About Deposits...

A deposit reserves a place in line for you to pick a puppy. Deposits are not accepted on a particular puppy. Since puppy temperament and ensuring a good match with the goals and lifestyle of the puppy owner are of the utmost importance, you can expect a lot of questions, and some suggestions, when your turn comes to pick a puppy from those that are available. If the puppy you are looking for is not available in the current litter when your turn comes up, you can choose to either leave the deposit to hold your place at the front of the queue for the next litter, or ask to have your deposit refunded. Deposits are fully refundable at any time for any reason.

Puppy placement is done when the puppies are 8 weeks old, after the structural evaluation, CERF exam, physical, and temperament testing are complete. Puppies start leaving for their new homes sometime after they are 8 weeks old.
